ZC White is the counterpart to ZC Red. A wine designed to be enjoyed with food on everyday occasions. The wine is comprised of 85% Chardonnay, and 15% Viognier. Zeneida Cellars Estate vineyard is located in the Templeton Gap area on Highway 46 West. Cooler growing conditions in this region produce Chardonnay with crisp acidity and flavors of citrus, pear and pineapple. They blend the Chardonnay with the more floral and aromatic Viognier to produce a wine that is entirely refreshing and full bodied without overusing oak. 100% of the Viognier was stainless steel fermented. The Chardonnay lot was split 90/10 between tank and barrel fermentation, with 10% of the lot aged in new Hungarian oak barrels. Perfect balcony wine for those hot summer days and nights!! Domaine Gilles Noblet is a small family owned and run domaine of approximately 22 acres. Gilles, the present proprietor, is the fourth generation member of his family to make wine at this prized property.

Monsieur Noblet fashions very small quantities of Macon- Fuissé. This wonderful wine is light and dry with hints of almonds and springs flowers.
